In these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd.” refers to Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other training resources.
1. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website. These changes do not affect the rights and obligations that arose before such changes.
Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your Service. Therefore, please review these Terms periodically for changes.
If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your account / Services by contacting us by emailing the support.
1. Hours of Function
Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Team is operational from Monday – Friday: 10:00 A.M- 6:00 P.M IST (India)
We do not operate on all government-declared holidays.
Also, once you purchase a course, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
As a next step, you will receive an email from email@example.com along with the Login Credentials to access your course shortly.
1. Payments, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
In case of any payment failure, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payments can be made in USD & INR. Please email us for different payment modes.
Our PMP® Renewal Bundle Master Program gives you complete access to all the courses to add PDUs to your account as soon as your user account is activated. As such, we must maintain a strict refund policy to avoid misuse.
A participant is entitled for a refund as per the following terms:-
• If a Refund Request is made via Email at email@example.com within three days of purchase, then the participant is entitled to a Refund after deducting the Non-Refundable Fee of $20.
• If the Refund request is made after three days of purchase, No Refund will be issued.
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. Therefore, we do not store any card information (other than the last four digits of your card) on our servers.
A customer can purchase any Courses or training(s) program offered by Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. through different payment options like VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay, depending upon which the Payment Gateway facility is currently providing.
After the payment has been processed successfully, an official purchase receipt is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. through Email, which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.
5.1 Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation to you, after acquiring Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. training, you may download recorded sessions of received training (when available) onto any Associated Device. However, some Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. training or services you purchased may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed outdated.
5.2 Content and Courseware
As a part of our Services offered through our Website, We shall grant you access to our content, courseware, practice tests, and other information, documents, and data, which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format concerning the specific purchased or offered training course you have registered for (“Content and Courseware”).
We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to you. If such an amendment, revision, or updating occurs, we may require you to pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.
5.3 Live Training Session
The training(s) is delivered in Live Session Mode.
Update on Live Sessions is provided via Email and/or in the WhatsApp Support Group, whereas self-paced learning material and recordings can be accessed from the portal.
The Schedule of Live Sessions and the Trainer delivering the session are subject to change, under various circumstances, without prior information.
In case of session cancellation or postponement in schedule, information will be provided before the immediate session via Email, in a dedicated WhatsApp Group, or both.
1. Customer Support
For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our Website.
Upon product purchase, We will need you to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
During Business Hours (Mon-Fri), email with Course Access Details may take up to two hours to hit your Inbox. On Weekends/Non-Business Hours, we send the mail on the next working day.

A dedicated support system exists for all the paid members, and the details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s).
1. Rights you grant us.
On purchasing a product/service, the user gives explicit permission to call or contact the user via email/WhatsApp/Phone.
We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material. If you are not comfortable with the same, you will need to inform us through Email/Phone Call, and we will cease using it.
Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third-party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.
On completion of any training with Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a certification of completion will be provided by us to the trainee. Still, to achieve Certification from a dedicated Institution like PMI®, Oracle, Microsoft, DevOps Institute, etc., an individual may be required to clear the certification exam.
1. Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation
Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Any failure by Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.
As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
You agree to indemnify and hold Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
• Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
• Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
• Any activity in which you engage on or through the Skilloptics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Service; and
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
