Course Description
This course has been designed to provide hands on experience to project staff on identifying and monitoring risks as well as planning better risk responses in a project. It also gives an understanding of leading project team, stakeholder management concepts in projects along with overview of business analytics components so as to enable better planning, execution, monitoring & control of the projects.
